We would know, we’ve been shaking things up and yelling about the virtues of these tiny little powerhouses of goodness for over 25 years. INGREDIENTS * 10 pitted Medjool dates * zest of 1/2 and juice of 1 lemon * 1/4 tsp vanilla essence * 150g Honey Roasted Seeds or Salted Caramel seeds plus extra to coat * 1 tbsp (20g) melted coconut oil * 35g desiccated coconut High in nutrition and roaring with good energy, our seeds are the perfect munch to pick you right up. There are three new and delicious flavours to choose from: Sweet Chilli, Salted Caramel, and Warm Cinnamon, along with classic favourites Mega Omega, Honey Roasted and the newly improved Mild Chilli.They are all made using the most delicious and crunchy roasted seeds, whilst also being coeliac-friendly, dairy free and suitable for vegetarians! Stir in the desiccated coconut, roll into balls; coat half of the balls by rolling them in seeds. * Freeze for 30 minutes to rm up. Munchy Seeds Promo
