Bread Milk Cereal Tea White rice Cheese Coffee Pasta Yogurt (except plain probiotic) Juice Noodles Squash Pastries Cakes Biscuits Crisps Chocolate Sweets ANYTHING TINNED, CANNED OR PACKAGED. NO SMOKING. NO ALCOHOL. Suggested Daily Diet DAY ONE Breakfast 2 Scrambled eggs, cooked in a little coconut oil, serve with mushrooms. Lunch 2oz Chicken, salad of spinach, cucumber, 2 baby tomatoes, 2 radish, ¼ chopped pepper, ½ avocado, ¼ red onion. Dress with a little balsamic vinegar. Snack 1 banana. Lunch Tuna, (the 1 tinned exception) chopped celery, handful of spinach, ¼ yellow pepper. Snack 1 Satsuma. Dinner Pork fillet, 2 massive handfuls curly kale, carrots. DAY THREE Breakfast 2 poached eggs, 4 baby plum tomatoes, ¼ avocado. Lunch Large handful of mixed leaves, 2oz chicken, sweetcorn, dress with chilli flakes and a drizzle of olive oil. Snack 1 apple and 5 almonds. Dinner 3oz salmon, 70g cooked quinoa, 6 spears of asparagus, 2-3 broccoli florets.
