My furry little friend absolutely detests going out in bad weather but with the dryrobe fully waterproof dog coat she didn’t tend to mind it quite so much. I’ve had multiple jackets for my dog ‘Pepper’ over the years, none of which she would walk in. She would stop dead at the door and refuse to move until I took it off. Knowing this about my dog meant that my expectations from ‘yet another’ dog coat weren’t particularly high. However, the dryrobe dog coat allows plenty of room for movement with adjustable straps so it fits better than any I’ve tried. She seemed comfortable and was happy to wear it. Previous ones we’ve owned would fit around her middle but were too short or too long, or they were the right length but wouldn’t do up around her tummy. (A problem I can relate to.) It has a soft lambswool inner lining which means it can also be used as a dog towel and is fully waterproof and wind resistant on the outer for those wet and windy walkies. I like the addition of the reflective piping so she is more visible before and after daylight hours. She seems to like it and so do I.
